The USQB is an Ukrainian national agency of ISTQB (International Software Testing Qualification Board) – association, which has built and supports the most renowned scheme for software testers certification.
As of March 2012, ISTQB have issued over 200000 certifications in more than 70 countries.
The scheme relies on a Body of Knowledge (Syllabi and Glossary) and exam rules that are applied consistently all over the world. Material and exams are available in many languages.

ISTQB(R) announced a new central register o successful candidates, which will be available on the ISTQB website from June 2017. The Successful Candidate Register will list individuals who pass ISTQB certification examination (at all levels and across all modules) and who have given their consent to be included.
